North Leeds Fitness was set up in 2010 and has grown from year to year. After spending several years offering services throughout West Yorkshire we decided to base ourselves in North Leeds.


We understand results can only be accomplished by adopting an holistic approach which balances lifestyle and fitness. We are able to train in your home or in our Private Studio from our home in Shadwell. We work with you to ensure fitness becomes part of your routine and you have every opportunity for success.

I started coaching kids and teaching fitness classes at the age of 16 and thoroughly enjoyed helping people towards their goals. I competed as a professional athlete and now I wish to help others who struggle with their confidence and fitness levels

Sylvia Thompson-Wong MSc

I have been in the Health and Fitness industry since I graduated from my Sport & Exercise Science degree at Leeds Metropolitan University in 2005. Since then I have gained a Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiology, worked as a Health and Wellbeing Physiologist for one of the UK’s leading Private Healthcare providers and started my own business offering Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes in the North Leeds area.
