I am looking for a Zumba class but I am new to fitness and know it will take a while to get up to speed (I’m 34 and mother to a 15 month old). Would the Saturday Zumba class be ok? Do you have space?

Hi Mille! I have a 15 month old too he sometimes comes to class 🙂 the Saturday class is suitable for all levels so you’ll be fine, there is space too no need to book.

Hello, we used to do a powerhoop class with you years ago – do you still do one or will one be coming up soon at all? Would love to start that again and noticed there aren’t any classes in this area of Leeds?

Really sorry for the late reply, unfortunately I stopped doing the classes a few years ago due to low demand. I only do the classes listed on here and I can also do private classes but not powerhoop I’m afraid.
