Dance yourself fit whilst having fun with Latin and international music. This cardiovascular workout incorporates interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories.
I am currently on maternity leave for this class but the lovely Rifhat Malik is covering for me. Rif is an experienced and very popular instructor and brings a lot of fun to her classes, you’ll be in great hands.
