Personal Training

If you are looking to attain a serious result we recommend you train 3-4 times per week. This can be made up of our Personal Training sessions, or combining sessions with Group Fitness Classes and/or bespoke training sessions we can design for you to do on your own via our app. Nutritional guidance can be included for an additional fee.

Spread the cost

The total cost of the session can be split between 2-3 people, or more if online. Block payments must be made in advance and any no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a session.

10 x 60min Sessions £450

10 x 30min Session £255

Payment must be made in advance, cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate unless the session is rearranged for another day.

Monthly Payments

To spread out the cost of personal training sessions, you may want to consider our new monthly payment plan which includes the following…

1 weekly session (48 weeks) 48 x £45 = £2160 split across 12 months = £180 per month.

2 weekly sessions (48 weeks) 96 x £45 = £4320, split across 12 months = £360 per month.
