One to One Personal Training –  Includes dietary advice, lifestyle consultations and bespoke programming.

  • 1 off session £45
  • 10 Sessions £400
  • 20 Sessions £700

 

Group Personal Training – Max 4 participants, each session is varied and challenging. Tag onto one of our current sessions or create a private group with your friends.

  • £10 per Session

 

Please Note: If you are looking to attain a serious result we recommend you train 3-4 times per week. This can be made up of our Personal Training sessions, or combining sessions with Group Fitness Classes and/or bespoke training sessions we can design for you to do on your own.
