Personal Training

If you are looking to attain a serious result we recommend you train 3-4 times per week. This can be made up of our Personal Training sessions, or combining sessions with Group Fitness Classes and/or bespoke training sessions we can design for you to do on your own. Nutritional guidance is included in your sessions.

Studio Sessions (Shadwell)

10 x 60min Sessions £420

10 x 30min Session £250

Payment must be made in advance, cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate unless the session is swapped for another time.
