Chris is a great PT, very personable, knowledgable and keen to help his clients. I started going to Chris after having my second child as I was keen to get back some fitness, and I needed some motivation!! I was having issues with my hip so just going running wasn’t an option. Chris quickly figured out what I was able to do, to then design a fitness program that worked for my goals and then adapted it to incorporate movements to help me with my hip rehab, when I got diagnosed with a tear in the joint. Chris’ support helped me build my strength, get fitter, and also better understand why certain exercises were better than others! I’d highly recommend Chris!
