Before I had my first personal training session, Chris sent me out a short form to find out my personal needs and goals. He then tailored the sessions to suit those goals. The exercises are different each week, which is great for variety and motivation. I particularly like the Blaze Pods. I also like that Chris sent me out a food diary to fill in for a few days. That in itself got me reflecting by myself on my diet and his feedback complemented those thoughts. Thanks Chris.
