My 7 year old son attended a fitness session with Chris and he really enjoyed it. Chris is super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. There was loads of different equipment that Chris used in the session and he knew how to engage my little boy to get his body exercised but without overdoing it. Before I had my first personal training session, Chris sent me out a short form to find out my personal needs and goals. He then tailored the sessions to suit those goals. The exercises are different each week, which is great for variety and motivation. I particularly like the Blaze Pods. I also like that Chris sent me out a food diary to fill in for a few days. That in itself got me reflecting by myself on my diet and his feedback complemented those thoughts. Thanks Chris.

I’ve been having weekly PT sessions with Chris for the past couple of months which I’ve been enjoying. Chris listens to what you want to get out of the training and adapts the exercises accordingly. I’ve been recovering from a shoulder injury so he’s been helping to strengthen it to avoid future issues. It’s great to go to someone local who’s clearly knowledgeable.
