I’ve been training with Chris Thompson since October 2022 following a local recommendation. Chris is an excellent PT who has helped me manage a long standing lower back issue and recover from hamstring and achilles sports injuries. Chris has a huge amount of knowledge and experience within sports and fitness. His sessions are varied and enjoyable – tailored to each client.
