How to Join a Class

We use ZOOM as our online class studio. It is easy to use, reliable and available for every platform. It goes like this:

1. Fill out the waiver and screening forms prior to your first class.

2. To start a monthly subscription contact us directly to set up a standing order.

3. Message us by text, email or social media to tell us which class you’d like to join.

4. Receive a link to the class. Click on the link 5-10mins before the class to join. If you want to use a different device just type the 9 digit number found in the link into the join a meeting section of the Zoom app or website.

5. Make sure you have water with you, any equipment needed and plenty of space. Position the camera so we can see you to help with your technique.

6. Can’t make it during class time? No worries, classes are recorded and will be shared with the monthly subscribers where you will be able to take the class at your best convenience.
